digiGAP service offering

digiGAP or digiGov Acceleration Program is a specific Alliance Corp. offering, capitalizing directly on the experience built up over the last fifteen years.

Aimed directly at African states, this approach is designed to deliver rapid results on each of the major public service digitization projects. digiGAP covers both conceptual and operational aspects.

Design

We support national entities in charge of digitizing government services in all upstream phases, covering conceptual aspects (national strategies, national AI plan, cyber policy, digital legal framework, etc.).

Realization

We roll out turnkey solutions to accelerate the digitization agendas of African countries (accelerated deployment of one-stop-shops, specific "white zone" programs, PKI implementation, etc.).
